Activision Patches for the Atari 2600
Back in the golden age of console gaming Activision had a promotion in which inside the instruction manual there was a high score to beat. If you sent in a picture showing you beat it they would send you a patch. These are the four I got for (clockwise from left) River Raid, Kaboom, Barnstorming, & Pitfall.
UPDATE: Since I made this post I managed to get a complete boxed copy of Pitfall. Here is a scan from the instruction book with the info about the patch.
